- The Salutation Station, Glasgow
Donald Hargrove's yoga studio is situated in the heart of Pollokshields in Glasgow’s south side, a delightful space makes the perfect environment for a stress free yoga experience. The site contains information on all his classes and retreats, as well as information on 'Yoga in Education' and 'Community Yoga'.

Maureen Thorpe runs regular Ashtanga Yoga classes at The Old Barn, a unique, versatile space surrounded by nature, just 10 minutes from the city centre of Glasgow The site contains information on all available classes and events as well as information on their book charity.

Maureen Thorpe also runs classes at Chi & Co in Pollokshields, Glasgow, the new home of the Chi Yoga Centre which opened in 2000. "Chi & Co. brings together a broad range of ideas and life-skills to help you create a healthy mind, body and spirit".

Ratnadevi, an ordained Buddhist, has been practising and teaching Yoga and Meditation for 30 years, with a special interest in MBCT (mindfulness based cognitive therapy) using mindfulness as an approach to physical and mental/emotional well-being, as well as to art and ecology.
Vee Frier and Jenny Nicholls are two of the three professional that run the Mindful Consultancy, an organisation that provides secular courses grounded in their combined experience in clinical psychology and General Practice.
Annette Johnston, a.k.a. Ambika Devi is the director of Anahata Yoga School, which provides yoga courses from foundation to instructor level all over Scotland.

Rob Nairn is the representative in Africa for The Venerable Doctor Akong Tulku RInpoche with responsibility for eleven Buddhists Centres in Africa. He has been teaching in the UK for many years and is now teaching on the MSc course in Mindfulness run by Aberdeen University.
Venerable K Sri Rewatha established Scotland's Buddhist Vihara in 2001. It is the only Theravada Buddhist Vihara in Scotland. Venerable Rewatha conducts puja and meditation classes throughout the week.
Norton Bertram-Smith is the Managing Director of On Purpose Ltd, an organisation focussed on providing training in Leadership through the practice of Mindfulness.
Torey Hayden is the author of three novels, eight non-fiction books about her experience working with troubled children and and two children's books. She has also worked as a therapist and researcher and will be leading a course on meditation in May 2012.
Helen Graham regularly teaches courses at the ESIYI. The ESIYI is a newly established group of Iyengar Yoga teachers and students, set up to promote and support the development and provision of Iyengar Yoga in the East of Scotland, from John O’Groats to Berwick!

Charlie Morley is a Lucid Dreaming teacher and practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism specialising in the use of both Western scientific and Tibetan Buddhist dream practices with the aims of bringing mindful awareness into all stages of dream, sleep and waking life.

Choden, Fay Adams and Kristine Janson regularly run course with the Mindfulness Association, a company that has been set up at the request of Rob Nairn to deliver secular mindfulness training. It is a non-profit making organisation with altruistic aims directed towards sharing the benefits of mindfulness with all of those who are interested.
Marc Beuvain's website offers an array of courses and information on yoga, including modules on self-development, yoga philosohpy and teaching skills that enable students to plan their own journey according to their present needs and interests.

Sue Weston's site contains information on her popular Tai-Chi, Qigong, Mindfulness and Meditation Based Living courses (MBLC) including a shop selling her CDs and DVDs.
- Kinthissa Taiji
Kinthissa's site contains information on the Chen style of Taiji, it's history and forms, together with seminar information, teachings in Europe and her approach to practice and training.
Julienne Mclean, Viv Stacey, and Revd Iain McKillop run a retreat on the Isle, the aim of which "is to provide sacred time, place and community for entering more deeply into silence and communion. We will be exploring spiritual guides from the Christian contemplative tradition and creating a daily rhythm of traditional spiritual practices."The site contains information on talks, events and social action.
Ad Brugman's Mindfulness meditation and T'ai-ji courses have always been popular on the island. The site contains information on his other retreats, news and a gallery.
Andrew Morris is a composer who's most recent project is the composition of 36 pieces of music that capture the essence of each of the Bach Flower Remedies. His fantastic site contains related news, events and opportunities to buy his CDs.
Rob Preece's site is dedicated to a comparative dialogue between Buddhism and Western psychology through meditation retreats, publishing books, articles and prints, and offering specialised courses, workshops spiritual mentoring.

Caspar Walsh is an ex-prisoner who's profession as a writer and journalist enables him to specialise in community work and work with prisoners using creative writing as a medium for personal development. Andy Spragg and the Re-Vitalise team are regular visitors to Holy Isle. Experts in Tai Chi, Yoga and meditation, they focus on the synergy between these 3 practises and deliver their retreats in an informal and accessible manner, suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Alistair Appleton set up Mind-Springs in 2005 to explore the uses of meditation in the modern world. Primarily it is looking into the use of mindfulness in promoting health – not just dealing with illness. The site contains course information, a blog, podcasts and a library.
Bob Lowey is the founder and principle director of the school which has been going strong for 26 years. The site contains information on all courses and events run by the school, together with a members section that contains DVDs for sale to students.
