The ‘Mindfulness for Life’ programme was established to provide a space for exploration of how we can bring the inner freedom from our mindfulness, compassion, insight practice into our lives and find creative ways to engage with the world in which we find ourselves. It is possible to be “awake in the world” and express interconnectedness rather than reinforcing the illusion of separation but we do need friends on the journey. This is a unique opportunity to gather with fellow experienced practitioners for learning, practice, dialogue and of course to experience the wonders of the Holy Isle.
This course is open to those who have completed Levels 1,2,3 or the first two years of the MSc program. Long term practitioners who have completed appropriate equivalent trainings are also welcome to apply by sending details of their experience to the Mindfulness Association.
For more info and to book: The cost of the retreat is £344, payable to the Mindfulness Association - please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
