Course outline

Hosted by Interfaith Scotland, this retreat is open to women of all faiths and none who are interested in finding out about the lived experience of people of different faiths, philosophies and spiritual practices. This will take place through sharing the things that inspire us on our life journey, and conversations on what we share in common across different faiths such as prayer, meditation, wisdom and compassion. Come to share or come to listen – everyone is welcome! As part of the programme there will be a reflective walk to the cave of St Molaise and the Tibetan Buddhist deities carved into the rocks. Participants are invited if they wish to join in the Centre's daily meditation schedule in addition to the programme. There will also be time for personal reflection and enjoyment of this beautiful island.

The retreat starts in the evening of the 17th, after supper and there will be a final session after breakfast on the 19th.
