Course outline

Following the wonderful monastic led retreat in Glasgow in 2016, we are delighted that this 2019 retreat will be hosted by the Holy Isle Project.

This retreat is being facilitated by Dear Green Sangha, the Glasgow based branch of the Community of Interbeing.

This 7-day retreat will be a unique opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice with a small delegation of monastics from Plum Village and the EIAB (European Institute of Applied Buddhism) led by Sister True Virtue (Sister Anabel). Each day there will be a teaching, guided and silent practices, walking meditation and sharing groups. The food will be vegan, much of it being grown in the wonderful Holy Isle gardens.

Please note that all participants are required to commit to the whole retreat.
